Reasons For Return
1. The wrong product was sent.
2. The product was damaged upon arrival.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in the original packaging. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please use the same box / envelope in which you received your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our own error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will also not be refunded.
Prior to requesting a refund or exchange please email us at hello@littleheroes.hk with a detailed description and photos of the defect. We will review your submission and confirm your eligibility and the amount to be refunded.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late Or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@littleheroes.hk.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
